2. Return Requirements:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Prescription medicines, opened personal care products, and perishable items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
If the return is accepted, the return process will be completed within 5-7 business days.
